The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside the impugned order dated 03.04.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Financial Commissioner, Haryana (respondent No.1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are some inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
