*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter stands compromised between the parties. The parties have agreed to part way by filing petition for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent under Section 13 (b) (1) of the Hindu Marriage Act. The petition has also been filed and first motion statement has been recorded and the case is now fixed for 07.06.2022 for second motion statement.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of and the parties are directed to bound by the terms of compromise effected between them.
