**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of impugned order dated 09.07.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nakodar (Annexure P-12) in the trial of case FIR No.73 dated 06.07.2019 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 148, 149, 201 IPC registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to take all such pleas before the trial Court during the course of trial. Allowed as prayed for.
