(Oral) As per office report dated 13.3.2020, notice could not be issued to the respondents for want of process fee and the Registry was directed to inform learned counsel for the appellant of the next date fixed and to do the needful within three weeks. Office report dated 02.02.2023 shows that learned counsel for the appellant has been informed through e-mail. However, there is no representation on her behalf and even no process fee has been filed. Order sheets show that even on the last three dates i.e. 13.8.2019, 29.1.2020 and 21.9.2022 the appellant remained unrepresented. Even today no one is present to represent the appellant.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
