Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.811 dated 25.07.2019 registered under Sections 354-A, 452 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar Karnal. Vide order dated 01.10.2019, this Court while granting interim bail directed the petitioner to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Sarita submits that no doubt petitioner has joined the investigation but subsequently Sections 376 and 511 IPC were added, which was not so when the notice of motion was issued on 01.10.2019.
