Parkash Singh Kataria & Ors.
... Respondent(s) CORAM : HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ALKA SARIN Present :
Mr. Saurabh Dalal, Advocate for the petitioners. ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The limited prayer in the present revision petition is that an exceptionally long date has been given by the Trial Court for the service of the proforma defendant-respondent Nos.6 to 10 and the matter has been adjourned to 09.02.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that defendantrespondent Nos.6 to 10 are proforma defendant-respondents and there is no relief which has been claimed qua them and that their service would not be necessary for decision of the civil suit. He further contends that due to the fact that the proforma defendant-respondents are not being served, the matter has been adjourned on three occasions and the application for interim relief is also not being decided due to the incomplete service. YOGESH SHARMA 2022.10.18 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
