(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for directing the official respondents to provide adequate security to the petitioner as dreaded gangsters are threatening to eliminate the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage she would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.7 - Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) to examine and take action on the issues raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 23.09.2022 (Annexure P-3). I find the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner to be reasonable.
Accordingly, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.7 - Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) RAVINDER SINGH 2022.10.18 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
