The challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandigarh vide which the evidence of respondent No.6 before the Tribunal has been closed and the matter has been fixed for rebuttal evidence and arguments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is respondent No.3 before the Tribunal and that there is no order qua the petitioner in the impugned order. On a query put by the Court as to how the petitioner was aggrieved by the impugned order, the learned counsel states that the matter is now adjourned for arguments. On a query as to whether any clarification was sought from the Tribunal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file a requisite application before the Tribunal seeking clarification of the impugned order dated 28.08.2024.
