Learned counsel submits that in view of the aforesaid order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court, appellant no longer has any locus to con-nue the present appeal.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the appellant, present appeal is hereby disposed of having been rendered as infructuous.
