RITU BAHRI J. (Oral) Petitioner is challenging order dated 18.09.2019 (P-4) vide which the application for transferring the civil appeal from the Court of Addl. District Judge to the other Court of competent jurisdication has been dismissed.

A bare perusal of the impugned order shows that the petitioner was seeking transfer of his civil appeal on the ground that connected criminal revision titled as Ajit Singh vs. State of Punjab has already been decided by the Court of ADJ, Ropar.

The present revision petition is dismissed as the two proceedings are entirely different and the order dated 18.09.2019 (P-4) does not suffer from any illegality or infirmity.
