*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case is being held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to provide a passage for crematorium (graveyard for Christian community).

On 14.12.2021, the learned State counsel was requested to get the complete instructions and assist the Court. He states that he has spoken to the Deputy Commissioner, Mansa, who has assured that remedial measures shall be taken forthwith.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner shall have the liberty to file an application for revival, if the need arises.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
