At the asking of the Court, Mr. Adhiraj Singh, AAG, Punjab appears and accepts notice for respondent No. 1-State of Punjab. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Advocate has filed vakalatnama for respondent No. 2. The same be taken on record. Learned State counsel (on instructions from ASI Chanchal Masih) submits that petitioner No. 1 is not on bail despite the FIR having been registered on 19.11.2021.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action after applying for bail on behalf of petitioner No. 1. Ordered accordingly.
