(ORAL) Though this petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the award of contract to respondent No. 6, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation dated 22.11.2021 (Annexure P-11) filed by it in this regard is pending before the respondent-authorities which may be directed to be considered and decided by them.

Mr. Avinit Avasthi, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, on advance copy, submits that the respondent-authorities shall consider and pass a detailed order on the representation dated 22.11.2021 (Annexure P-11) filed by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
