Report from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre received. As per the same, with the intervention of the Mediator, the compromise has been effected between the parties. Copy of the settlement/agreement, has been placed on record. As per the said compromise, it has been agreed that the respondent-Insurance company, shall pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, over and above the awarded amount of Rs.15,85,000/-. Also, it has been agreed that the aforesaid amount, shall be paid by way of cheque in the name of Baljinder Kaur, appellant No.1. Although, it is stated in the settlement/agreement that the case be adjourned on or before 24.12.2025. However, in view of the aforesaid settlement reached, the Insurance Sonu 2025.11.28 16:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

FAO-6064-2018 (O&M) company shall pay the requisite enhanced amount of Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 24.12.2025.

In the eventuality of any default, in making the payment, the Insurance Company, shall be liable to the penal interest @ 6% per annum, till realization.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the FAO is allowed, being compromised.
