(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of the notice dated 14.05.2019 issued by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra in case No.CRM 205 of 2018 arising out of NDPS Case No.7 of 2017 in FIR No.7 dated 17.01.2017 registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act at Police Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra, during the proceedings initiated under Section 446 Cr.P.C.

Since no final order has been passed, this petition is dismissed being pre-mature.
