Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.299, dated 10.11.2021, under Sections 22(c) of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already been convicted by the trial court, and thus, present petition can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous.
