(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to transfer investigation in case FIR No.140 dated 06.07.2019 registered under Section 18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur to some independent agency. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.5 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, is directed to look into representation (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner.
