Challenge has been laid to the judgment passed by the Ld. ASJ, Panipat, dated 23rd of November, 2021 whereby judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 18/19th of October, 2019 passed by the JMIC, Panipat against the petitioner stand affirmed.

The complainant/respondent Satish Kumar is present in person who has been identified by his counsel and has admitted that he has received the whole amount and has agreed to compound the offence of the complainant.

Keeping in view the aforesaid fact that the amount already stands paid to the complainant by the petitioner, the present revision petition is allowed. Proceedings initiated against the petitioner under Section 138 of the N.I. Act vide complaint case No.1436 of 2018 titled as Deepak Kumar 2023.10.17 09:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRR-1653-2021 (O&M) -22023:PHHC:133760 'Satish Kumar vs. Devender Ghangas' including the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 18th /19th of October, 2019 passed by JMIC, Panipat and that dated 23rd of November, 2021 passed by ASJ, Panipat are ordered to have been compounded.
