RAJESH BINDAL, J The appellant-plaintiff is before this Court against concurrent findings of fact recorded by both the courts below, whereby the suit filed by him for possession by way of specific performance of agreement to sell dated 15.5.1995, was dismissed on account of limitation. It is not disputed that agreement to sell was executed on 15.5.1995. The last date of registration of sale deed was 15.7.1995, which was extendable by one month. The suit was filed on 4.5.2005. Considering the aforesaid undisputed facts, in the concurrent findings recorded by both the courts below dismissing the suit for specific performance of agreement to sell on account of limitation, no substantial question of law arises in the present appeal. Dismissed.
