**** AMARINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (Oral) 1.# The present appeal has been filed by the appellants seeking enhancement of compensation to the tune of 150,00,000/-, assailing the award dated 14.05.2018 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jind.

2.# Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submit that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous as the parties have already resolved the dispute before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

3.# Vide order dated 08.07.2025, the parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.09.2025 has been placed on record. SHUBHAM 2025.11.12 12:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order -1-

FAO-6127-2018 4.# In view of the above, the Settlement Agreement is taken on record and the present appeal stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

5.# Needless to mention, both parties shall remain bound by their respective obligations as recorded in the compromise. 6.# All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
