Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been resolved amicably and the appellant has already withdrawn all the cases except petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., which she will withdraw on the next date of hearing before the Family Court. Statement in this regard of the appellant has been recorded. In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal.
