***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) The present revision petition is with regard to the impugned order passed on an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC, thereby seeking interim injunction vis-a-vis raising of construction on the suit property.

However, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that construction of building is already complete and in the given circumstances, he makes a submission that no further construction of any kind shall be raised on the suit property.
