This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in FIR No. 223 dated 05.04.2023 under Sections 174-A IPC registered at Police Station HTM Hisar, District Hisar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was never served in the proceedings initiated under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and as such, he did not know about the trial Court proceedings against him. He, on instructions further submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court concerned on each and every date and shall join the proceedings before the trial Court concerned. Hence, in the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner prays that directions be issued to the Trial Court concerned that his bail application, which he would be filing on his surrender, be decided expeditiously.  3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the facts of the case, the service of respondent is dispensed with as it will delay the proceedings. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition disposed of with directions to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on 04.08.2025 at 10.00 am and move an application for bail before the trial Court concerned and the concerned Court shall release the petitioner on bail on the same day, subject to his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to its satisfaction and imposing reasonable conditions as it may deem appropriate in the background of the petitioner-accused conduct. 6.

It is made clear that in case, the petitioner fails to surrender before the Court concerned on the said date, this order shall be of no avail to him, thereafter. 28th July, 2025 (H.S.
