RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to take action on the representation, dated 03.08.2024, Annexure P-8, in some time bound period, as private respondents are causing fraud worth crores of rupees every year in the name of SGPC/Gurdwaras and by misappropriating the funds of lease of almost 222 acre agricultural lands of Gurdwaras, illegally and without any check, are causing loss to the State exchequer as well as to the petitioner. It is further prayed to direct respondent No.2 to conduct an impartial and fair investigation in the matter by forming a SIT, consisting of officers of High rank outside the Amritsar District as the private respondents have political/police/administrative influence in Amritsar District.

It is further prayed to direct respondent No.4 to take charge of 222 acres of the disputed land so that till the rightful claim/entitlement of the land in dispute is not MEENU 2024.09.

On the perusal of the facts and circumstances of the case, no ground is made out for issuance of direction to respondent No.2, as prayed for by the petitioner in the present petition.
