RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondent Nos.5 to 13 with a further prayer to decide the representation dated 25.08.2022, Annexure P-4.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already moved a representation dated 25.08.2022 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken on the same. Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 4 only at this stage On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, that in case the petitioner files a detailed representation before him within a week from today, then respondent No.3 would decide the same within a period of one month from MEENU 2022.12.07 17:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
