CR No. 5044 of 2022 -2Report from the trial Court had been called, which has been received. After perusing the report and copies of interim orders enclosed therewith, it comes out that grievance of the revision petitioner is not without any reason since the proceedings are going on at a slow pace. Expeditious disposal of the case, is right of every litigant.

Revision petitioner Smt. Phoolwati, is stated to be aged about 65 years and as per instructions issued by this Court on administrative side, cases of senior citizens are to be taken up and disposed of on priority basis. The trial Court should kept such instructions in mind and be sensitive to the fact that old persons are waiting for justice for a long time.

Therefore, the trial Court is directed to take necessary steps for completion of proceedings in the civil suits in a prompt and expeditious manner, granting adjournments only wherever necessary, by mentioning the reasons in the interim orders and not in routine just at the asking of either of the party.

With such observations, both the revision petitions stand disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent to the trial Court for information and necessary compliance.
