Both these appeals have arisen out of the same judgments of the trial Court and the Appellate Court.

Contes7ng par7es to the appeals have reached at a compromise dated 21.02.2025, copy of which is Annexure A1. Separate applica7ons have been moved in both the appeals i.e. CM-4503-C-2025 PRIYANKA 2025.05.12 18:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document 

RSA-1964-2013 2025:PHHC:061942 RSA-2832-2013 in RSA-1964-2013 and CM-4441-C-2025 in RSA-2832-2013 so as to dispose of both the appeals in terms of the compromise dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure A1).

Learned counsel for both the par7es have also made statement to the effect that both the appeals may be disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure A1). 4.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the statement made by the counsel for both the sides, CM-4503-C-2025 in RSA1964-2013 and CM-4441-C-2025 in RSA-2832-2013 are allowed and the main appeals [RSA-1964-2013 & RSA-2832-2013] are taken on board today itself.

Consequently, appeals [RSA-1964-2013 & RSA-2832-2013] are disposed of in terms of compromise dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure A1), which shall form part and parcel of this order. It is directed that both the par7es shall abide by terms and condi7ons of the compromise dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure A1).
