The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct investigation with regard to the complaint filed before the NRI Wing Punjab Police dated 28.04.2023, Annexure P-5 and to verify the authenticity of the Will dated 25.10.2019. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to pursue alternate remedy as may be available in accordance with law.
