NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.154 dated 31.7.2023, under Sections 323, 354 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Bond Kalan, District Charkhi Dadri.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, Charkhi Dadri, District Charkhi Dadri, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 25.8.2023 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
