Learned State counsel submits that the salary for the last 8 months has been paid to the petitioner @ Rs.19,900/-, which fact is affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who however, states that she is entitled to salary w.e.f. 03.11.2017 in terms of instructions issued by the Chief Secretary, Haryana on 03.11.2017, Annexure P-1, as also the judgment passed in State of Haryana and others vs. Suresh Kumar and another, LPA-6142022, decided on 22.11.2023 and submits that his representations dated 24.07.2024 and 28.08.2024, Annexures P-17 and P-18, have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 24.07.2024 and 28.08.2024, HAMANT 2024.11.05 17:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-22212-2024 in accordance with law, in four months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to her and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to her interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
