The Registry is directed to place the same at an appropriate place in the case file.

COCP-2261-2022 The instant contempt petition alleges disobedience of order dated 25.11.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed in FAO-5147-2018; "Admitted.

To be heard within two years.

"In the meantime, let the amount so due under the award be deposited within a period of two months with the executing Court, to be released to the satisfaction of the executing Court. A photostat copy of this order be placed on the file of each connected case."

Having argued at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant contempt petition as the petitioner shall avail all such remedies as shall be admissible in law since on account of the stay order, neither has the amount been deposited nor is the execution petition proceeding.

Dismissed as having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid, in accordance with law.
