(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of other alternate efficacious remedies including approaching the Area Magistrate by way of filing an application under Section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for redressal of his grievances. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
