In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioners is that they have not been allotted appropriate time table by the respondents to operate upon the allotted route permit No.22/R/GSP/2022 from Ludhiana to Gurdaspur, via Phillur, Nakodhar, Jalandhar, Bhogpur, Tanda, Dasuya and Mukerian vide permit dated13.07.2022 (Anneuxre P-1), hence, the respondents be directed to approve the joint time table for all operators including the petitioner to operate upon the said route permit. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already raised the said grievance in the legal notice dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-3), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

On the asking of the Court,Mr. TPS Chawla, Sr. DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, legal notice dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) has been received by the respondents and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the respondents by passing an appropriate speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of copy of this order. In case, it is found feasible to accept the claim of the petitioners, the same will be accepted, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioners will be mentioned in the speaking order so passed which order will be conveyed to the petitioners for their information and necessary action.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
