Prior to the reference to the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, none had made appearance on behalf of the appellant, vide order dated 08.07.2025.

Today also, none has made appearance on behalf of the appellant. Seemingly, the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
