NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is filed against the impugned order dated 31.08.2019 passed by Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.) Mewat, vide which evidence of the petitioner-plaintiff was closed. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present revision petition. The petitioner is allowed to produce the evidence for which two effective opportunities be granted, spread over a span of two months, subject to deposit of `25,000/- as costs, to be paid to the defendant-respondents by way of a demand draft.
