As no personal cause of action survives, the appeal is rendered infructuous. Disposed of as such. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to seek revival of the appeal in case any cause of action arises. CM Nos.11181-82-CII-2019 and CM No. 11191-CII-2019 As the main case has been disposed of, no order needs to be passed in these applications.
