**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of impugned order (Annexure P-1) passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rewari, dated 23.08.2024 whereby the trial Court dismissed the application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner/accused for leading additional evidence by recalling and re-examination of complainant/respondent for further cross-examination in case arising out of NI Act No.4755/2017. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to avail the alternate remedies in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
