The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-22955-2023, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to decide the representation.

On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed:- "The present contempt petition has been filed for disobedience of order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-22955-2023, whereby, the petitioner was held entitled for counting of the total length of service including service rendered by him on work charge basis before regularized, as qualifying service for computing the entitlement of leave encashment also.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that order dated 19.03.2025 with respect to petitioner Nos.1, VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.03.12 10:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-3704-2025 (O&M) -22, 3, 5 and 6 has been complied with, whereas, for petitioner No.4 order is to be complied with by respondent No.3.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt qua respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 is purged and rule is discharged.

In compliance of the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-22955-2023, compliance affidavit dated 13.02.2026 of Er. Ashok Kumar, Executive Engineer, Nangal Dam Division, BBMB, Nangal Township, along with Annexures R-31 and R-3/2, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 before the Registry. The same is taken on record. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 contends that order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-22955-2023 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-22955-2023, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 6.
