(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 20.02.2019 vide which the writ petition was disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.12.2018 passed in CWP No.1486 of 2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the LPA Bench, vide order dated 01.12.2020 has stayed the operation of the order dated 13.12.2018 and the LPA is still pending.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
