Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.149 dated 19.06.2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 329(3), 62, 351(2), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur. 2.

Vide order dated 12.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner No. 1-Sarabjit Singh was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner No. 1-Sarabjit Singh has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Maher Singh, has stated that petitioner No. 1-Sarabjit Singh has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. RAJEEV PUROHIT 2025.11.04 09:55 I agree to specified portions of this document

In view of the above, interim order dated 12.09.2025 is made absolute qua petitioner No. 1-Sarabjit Singh subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. Petition stands allowed.
