RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to official respondents No.1 to 7 to decide representation dated 12.04.2023, Annexure P-4, to update/correct the revenue records pertaining to demarcation plan and sajra plan of Sectror 17, Rewari with respect to shares of petitioner.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexure P-4, was filed by the petitioner on 12.04.2023 but no decision has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5, i.e. Tehsildar-cum-CRO, District Rewari, to decide the representation, dated 12.04.2023, Annexure P-4 expeditiously in MEENU 2023.09.21 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
