*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Parties are present in the Court and they have admitted the factum of compromise effected between them. Appellant states that she has decided to settle the dispute and has taken Rs.1 lac on 30.03.2022 and today, she has received remaining amount of Rs.2 lac by way of demand draft No. 273741 dated 19.07.2022. She has also stated that she will withdraw all the cases filed by her against the respondent. The statement of the parties with respect to compromise has been recorded today and the same are taken on record as Annexure A-1 and A-2. Learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the appeal, as the matter stands compromised between the parties. Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, learned counsel for the appellant shall inform this Court after the appellant will withdraw the cases filed by her against the respondent.
