Appellant is directed to pay the amount of maintenance on the next date of hearing. It is made clear that if the amount is not paid, then defence of the appellant shall be struck off." It is evident that the appellant has failed to pay the amount of maintenance. Learned counsel submits that he has sent a communication to the appellant but no response has been received. In view of the above, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
