(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to have recourse to other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him for redressal of his grievances including instituting a private complaint against the accused.

In view of the aforesaid request, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

In case, any application is instituted by the petitioner, needless to mention that the Court concerned shall proceed with the same independently and decide the same on the basis of evidence as may be led before it without being influenced by order dated 25.7.2017 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehgarh Sahib and order dated 2.9.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib.
