(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.283 dated 12.10.2018 under Sections 302, 364, 323, 148, 149, 120-B, 201, 177 and 203 of IPC and Section 61/1 of Excise Act 1914, registered at Police Station Sadar Tohana, District Fatehabad, Haryana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
