Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a representation dated 09.08.2024, Annexure P-13, has been submitted, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner by granting him opportunity of personal hearing.
