The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing the FIR No.222 dated 06.07.2020 registered under Sections 294, 323, 325, 506, 34, 201 IPC at Police Station Sohana District SAS Nagar Mohali and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 25.08.2022, Annexure P-2.
