Learned State counsel refers to the affidavit dated 24.09.2025, wherein it has been stated that the challan in the FIR No.227 dated 16.11.2022 had been presented on 06.11.2025 and respondent No.7 has now been shifted from the post of Incharge of Cyber Crime and departmental enquiry was initiated against him vide Annexure R-2, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petiton.
