Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner with all consequential benefits from the date his juniors were regularized. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner submitted that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case the representation dated 05.10.2021 (P-19) is decided expeditiously.
