**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioner and her family members with a further direction to respondent Nos.4 to 8 not to unnecessarily harass and humiliate the petitioner and her family members by wrongfully restraining them and by calling in the police station time and again without any rhyme and reason. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Palwal, Haryana, to look into the representation dated 28.08.2024 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner.

CRWP-8549-2024 Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Palwal, Haryana, to look into the representation dated 28.08.2024 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
